Bill Everly

Bill Everly is one of the original owners of L/B Water Service and founded the Chambersburg location in 1984. The employees bought L/B Water Service from the original owners in April 2002 to form the ESOP. Bill is still very involved in the operations of the organization and continues to be a highly motivated salesman and leader inside and outside of the company.
Jacob Shadle
Location Manager
Jacob has been a part of the L/B Water Service team for more than 12 years. He started in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, in the summer of 1996 and became a full-time employee in 2000 after graduating from Penn State University. Jacob has comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of the waterworks Industry.
Bill Everly Jr.
Assistant Manager, Assistant Secretary, Salesman
Bill started with L/B Water Service in 1988. With over 21 years of service, Bill is very knowledgeable about the waterworks industry and the organization as a whole. Bill is the assistant manager in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, and also an officer in the company. He handles a large portion of L/B Water Service’s biggest municipal and contractor accounts.
Mindy Kissinger
Administrative Assistant for Chambersburg & Corporate Offices
Mindy Started with L/B Water Service in 1995. She is a great asset to the Chambersburg and corporate offices. Her accounting background and careful understanding of all aspects of the business make her a valuable resource to the organization’s team and customers.
Steve Miller
Assistant Treasurer, Sales
Steve has been with L/B Water Service for 23 years. He started in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, in 1986 and was the manager of that location from 2002 until 2008. Steve is also an officer in the company and has a great deal of waterworks product knowledge. Steve now focuses on sales and problem solving for his and all of L/B customers and employees. Steve has a tremendous knowledge of many products and is invaluable in many ways to L/B Water Service.
Robert Mort

Robert has been with L/B Water Service since 2004. He has a comprehensive knowledge of the industry and has established himself as a reliable customer service agent. Robert continues to grow and take on more responsibilities. He also handles PA Rural for L/B Water Service and serves on the organization’s board of directors.
Chandler Smith
Sales
Chandler has been with L/B Water Service since 2007. He has a comprehensive knowledge of the industry and has established himself as a reliable customer service agent. Chandler continues to grow and take on more responsibilities and some large accounts. He is the son of Dave and Lesley Smith, both of whom work out of the Frederick location and have been with L/B Water Service 20-plus years each.
