Chief Executive Officer

Fred Steimling, Chief Executive Officer, holds a degree in Management Science from Lock Haven University and has 25 years of experience in a variety of roles at L/B Water Service. Prior to his promotion to CEO, Fred was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing where he lead the company’s rapid growth by guiding 6 Regional Business Centers in providing outstanding customer responsiveness and high quality service.

While Fred’s education in Management Science gave him the critical knowledge of how to build a business; his experience at L/B as Warehouse Manager, Inside and Outside Sales Representative, and Assistant Location Manager gave him an understanding of “what must go absolutely right” for the company to maintain its excellent reputation, functional effectiveness, and realize rapid financial growth.

Fred is committed to leading the company’s growth by continuing to emphasize superior customer service and by designing innovative utility solutions through mutually beneficial supplier relationships.

Location Manager 

Ann has been a member of the corporate office staff since its inception.  She, along with her colleauges, is responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable as well as all the corporate duties and functions.

Accounting 

Jodie began working at L/B Water Service, Inc. during summer and winter breaks while in high school and college.  After graduating from Susquehanna University, she returned as a full time employee to work in the corporate office.  She helps with accounts receivable, accounts payable and any other tasks presented to her.

Accounting 

Jolene began her career with L/B Water Service in June of 1999. While working in the Selinsgrove sales office, her primary duties revolved around accounts payable. She moved to the corporate office upon its inception. Here she continues with accounts payable for the Selinsgrove and Chambersburg locations, helps with accounts receivables, and multiple other day to day duties that help to keep the business operating smoothly. 

Accounting 

Ashley began her career with L/B Water Service in the fall of 2006. Her day to day duties involve accounts payable for the Stoneboro, Frederick and Hainesport locations, accounts receivable and any other tasks given to her. 

Accounts Payable, Safety Committee Chairperson 

Debbie joined the L/B Water Service team in 2002, bringing with her 23 years of direct sales and financial institution experience. Her responsibilities include the accounts payable and past due accounts receivables for the Ephrata and Ebensburg locations, along with checkbook reconcilement. Being the chairperson of the safety committee, she has played a vital role in developing and setting into action the current regulations that keep our valued employees safe. She also serves as a member of the human capital committee. Debbie excels in her attention to superior customer service to both external and internal customers. 

IT Specialist

Gene joined the L/B Water Service team in 2006, bringing with him 26+ years of experience in software development and implementation of distribution, financial, utility billing, and manufacturing software for various businesses while employed by a software development firm. He was instrumental in the development and implementation of the computer software to facilitate L/B's growth and support for its customer base. As an IT specialist he assists in the support and maintenance of LB's computer software and infrastructure. In addition he assists in providing support for all L/B's Sensus AMR customers using electronic equipment to read water meters.
