Greg DuAime
Location Manager
Greg DuAime begain his career at L/B Water Service in 2007 as Location Manager. Prior to Joining L/B Water, Greg was employed by Griffin Pipe Products Company for 20 years, where he served in all sales roles, leading up to becoming the Northeast Regional Sales Manager. He joined L/B Water to help carry on the tradition of excellent customer service according to the L/B Customer Bill of Rights.
Jeff Gehrlein
Sales
Jeff Gehrlein started in the water works business as a delivery driver. He joined L/B Water Service in 1995 as an Inside Sales Representative before becoming an Outside Sales Representative. As Jeff continued up the ladder, he assumed the role of Location Manager for five years, before moving back into sales full time. He currently specializes in treatment plant and pump station projects, but also excels in municipal & utility site sales. He enjoys working with customers on projects from pre-bid to shipment. Jeff takes pride in using the TEAMWORK structure at L/B Water, combined with his years of industry experience and knowledge, to provide customer service that is second to none.
Ken Honer
Meter Systems Consultant
Ken Honer began his career in the industry in Pennsylvania in 1986. Though Ken continues to call Pennsylvania home, he has serviced New Jersey municipal customers for the past 20 years, and is well respected throughout the industry. His area of expertise is municipal meter sales and service. Ken’s qualifications manifest themselves in the many municipal AMR/AMI projects he manages from inception through operational success. Ken looks forward to continuing to serve the AMR/AMI needs of his municipal accounts.
Mike Mattos
Assistant Manager, Inside Sales
Mike Mattos began his career at L/B Water Service in 1998 at the Ephrata location. Mike started in the warehouse and moved into the role as a delivery driver before assuming his role as an Inside Sales Representative and Assistant Manager, in which he is currently focusing his attention on superior customer service.
Mark Nuscher
Sales
Mark Nuscher started in the water industry in the fall of 1976 with Citizens Utilities Water Company. He worked with the water company for 16-1/2 years prior to joining L/B Water Service in 1994. He was instrumental in the opening of the Ephrata location. Mark is a hands-on employee with experience in various waterworks products and is knowledgeable in troubleshooting problems and finding solutions for various products and applications.
Tanya Worley
Sales Support, Purchasing, Inventory Control, & Account Collections
Tanya Worley began her career at L/B Water Service in 1997 as a receptionist for the Ephrata office, which was just three years old at the time. She began as a receptionist and administrative assistant and is now responsible for sales support, purchasing, inventory control, and account collections. Her organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through are excellent qualities for assisting our clients.
